Day Of Coordination

We believe that day of coordination is a necessity for every couple looking to enjoy their wedding day to the fullest. Having someone who is not friend or family to care of all those little details, who will be there to direct the baker where the cake goes, who will transport the decorations from the ceremony to the reception, who will set up last min details? Your family and friend deserve to enjoy the day as well, and you deserve someone who’s main priority is taking care of your day.

We will work with your well laid plans during the month leading up to your wedding to create a week of and day of schedule that will flow seamlessly and be the director of your big day. We assuming vendor contact in the last month so we can get familiar with your team and the details of your day. Any questions from vendors or guest will be directed at us that day and you will never have to worry about a thing!

The Process

During our initial conversation we will discuss what your coordination needs are what your budget is and from that will create a custom coordination package that will fit your specific requirements and financial situation. Minimum lead time for this service is 1 month and we would prefer 2!
